Three Phases of Restorative Care

  • Phase One: Reflect

During the initial 60 days, participants focus on laying the foundation for their recovery journey. This phase involves developing individual service plans, attending recovery and resiliency groups, connecting with therapists, and stabilizing from crisis. Participants also work on practical aspects such as securing employment, establishing a budget, and connecting with mentors.

  • Phase Two: Renew

From 2 to 12 months, participants continue to work towards their goals outlined in their individual service plans. They focus on maintaining sobriety, employment, and a budget. During Phase II, participants delve deeper into their trauma recovery journey, building resilience and learning essential coping strategies to overcome past challenges and embrace a brighter future.

  • Phase Three: Restart

In the final phase, lasting from 12 to 24 months, participants transition towards greater independence and self-sufficiency. They are required to increase their work hours and save a portion of their income, aiming for sustainable employment and housing. Completion of Phase III signifies a successful launch into a new chapter of life, marked by stability, sobriety, and independence.
